Our refund policy allows customers to request a refund within 24 Hours of purchase for eligible products or services.

Our goal is to offer the finest and most reliable preparatory resources for your preparation. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that our users are satisfied with their experience with AceAmcQ. Please note that we adopt a strict/no refund policy in most cases in order to ensure the best user experience and quality of our products.

Unless otherwise mentioned in this agreement with AceAmcQ, no refund, cancellation or changes to subscription shall be allowed.

General Refund Policy

AceAmcQ evaluates all refund requests on a case-by-case basis for products purchased directly from us. Each refund request is assessed independently and will be determined based on individual circumstances. Please note that all refund amounts determined by AceAmcQ are final.

Refund Time Frame:

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. 

Refund Eligibility:

Users may request a refund within 24 hours of activating any subscription.
To be eligible for a refund, contact our support and make them aware of the reasons why you are requesting for refund, provide any screenshots, videos or other evidence(if applicable).

Product Usage threshold:

User may not be able to request for a refund if they have used ≥ 10% from the Qbank database or have launched any of the other resources (self-assesments recalls bank) . In case a request is eligible for refund a pro-rated amount for the remaining unused Qbank database of your subscription period will be refunded.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price or a minimum of $10 and any fee applicable by stripe or platform used for payment may apply to all refund requests to cover administrative and processing costs. 

Technical Issues:

AceAmcQ Offers refunds to customers who experience persistent technical issues that prevent them from accessing or using the subscription service effectively, despite troubleshooting efforts. Please note that this applies only to if you follow the standard procedure set by AceAmcQ for refund process. Contact our support center before requesting for refund.

Quality Concerns:

At AceAmcQ, we strive to provide and ensure the highest quality standards of our products with continuous updates. Please try our demo before subscribing to get a thorough idea of our products.

Discretionary Refunds:

AceAmcQ Reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds in exceptional cases where customers may not meet the standard eligibility criteria but have valid reasons for requesting a refund. We Allow refunds under special circumstances for customers who experience unexpected changes in circumstances, such as medical emergencies or job loss, which prevent them from continuing to use the subscription service.

Unauthorized Purchases:

Refunds requested for unauthorized purchases are taken seriously by AceAmcQ. We understand the importance of safeguarding our customers’ accounts and funds. In the event of an unauthorized purchase, we utilize advanced fraud detection measures, including Stripe Radar, to investigate and verify the transaction. Once we confirm that an unauthorized purchase has occurred, we promptly process a refund to the affected customer’s payment method.

Stripe Secure Payment Gateway:

AceAmcQ prioritizes the security of our customers’ payment transactions. That’s why we’ve partnered with Stripe, a leading online payment processor renowned for its state-of-the-art security features. With Stripe’s secure payment gateway, all payment information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security protocols. Customers can rest assured that their sensitive financial data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. Stripe’s advanced fraud prevention tools, such as Radar, further enhance the security of every transaction, helping to mitigate the risk of unauthorized purchases and fraudulent activity. By leveraging Stripe’s secure payment gateway, AceAmcQ ensures that every transaction is conducted safely and securely, providing peace of mind to our valued customers.

Duplicate Purchases:

For duplicate purchases, we understand the inconvenience it may cause and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate purchase of our subscription services, they can rest assured that we have measures in place to address the situation. Upon notification from the customer regarding the duplicate purchase, our support team will verify the duplicate transaction and promptly initiate a refund for the duplicate charge. We understand the importance of financial integrity and strive to ensure that our customers are not unfairly charged for duplicate purchases.

  Trial Period: We offer an unlimited trial period during which customers can explore and experience our subscription services. This trial period allows customers to assess the relevance and effectiveness of our question banks, self-assessment exams, and recalled questions.

  Customer Feedback: We encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience, as it helps us continually improve our services. Whether positive or constructive, we value customer input to enhance the overall quality of our offerings.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the trial period. We strive to address any concerns, provide assistance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure customers receive the support they need throughout their exam preparation journey.

Compliance with Terms:

At AceAmcQ, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process that aligns with our terms and conditions. To be eligible for a refund, customers must adhere to the following compliance criteria:

Authorized Usage: Refunds will only be granted to customers who have used our subscription services in accordance with our terms and conditions. Any unauthorized distribution, sharing, or misuse of subscription content will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.

Respect for Intellectual Property: Customers must respect the intellectual property rights associated with our subscription content. Refunds will not be issued to customers found to have violated these rights by reproducing, modifying, or distributing content without authorization.

Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Refunds will not be granted for unauthorized purchases resulting from negligence in safeguarding account information.

Fair Usage Policy: Customers must utilize our subscription services fairly and responsibly. Refunds will not be provided to customers engaged in abusive or disruptive behavior that violates our fair usage policy.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement or at the sole discretion of AceAmcQ, refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions will not be permitted. AceAmcQ reserves the right to deny any refund if the consumer is found to be acting contrary to the interests of AceAmcQ in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Partial refund policy:

Partial refunds may be considered under certain circumstances at the discretion of AceAMCQ. These circumstances may include but are not limited to:

Service Disruptions: In the event of prolonged service disruptions or technical issues that significantly impede a customer’s ability to access and utilize our subscription services, a partial refund may be provided for the affected period.

Unsatisfactory Service Quality: If a customer experiences persistent issues or dissatisfaction with the quality of our subscription services, a partial refund may be offered as compensation for the inconvenience.

Inadvertent Overpayment: In cases where a customer inadvertently pays more than the specified subscription fee, a partial refund may be issued to rectify the overpayment.

Change in Subscription Plan: If a customer wishes to downgrade their subscription plan to a lower tier with reduced features or content, a partial refund may be provided for the price difference between the two plans.

It is important to note that the eligibility for partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and AceAmcQ reserves the right to determine the applicability of such refunds based on the specific circumstances of each case. Additionally, any refunds granted will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.

 

Refund Procedures:

Initiating a Return Request: Customers wishing to initiate a return for their AceAmcQ subscription must first contact our customer support team via email or through the designated contact form on our website. The return request should include the customer’s name, subscription details, reason for return, and any relevant documentation.

Evaluation of Return Request: Upon receiving the return request, our customer support team will review the provided information to assess the eligibility for a return. This evaluation will consider factors such as the subscription duration, usage, and adherence to our refund policy.

Refund processing time:

At AceAmcQ, we understand the importance of timely refunds. Our standard refund processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days for refunds processed through our payment platform, Stripe. Please note that actual processing times may vary based on individual circumstances and payment methods. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we’re working diligently to expedite the refund process.
