What is amc 1?
Amc 1 exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions where there is one correct response from 5 options. You will have 3.5 hours for the exam which is roughly 84 seconds per questions so you must be time efficient.
Computer adaptive test (CAT exam)
Amc 1 exam Tests basic knowledge of your medical school like pathology etc and Clinical concepts including diagnosis management and treatment and remember you must attempt all the mcqs as AMC is a computer adaptive exam so the software of this exam is designed In such a way that you must attempt all the mcq in order to pass the exam.

AMC CLINICAL EXAM
The clinical examination, tests clinical and communication skills, of three to four hours duration, which is administered on a single afternoon or morning. A clinical re-test examination, duration of one to two hours, will be administered if required.
- AMC MCQs examination is a pass/fail exam with passing marks of 250 on a scale of 0-500.

New Changes In Amc Clinical Exam Passing Criteria
Amc has changed the pass requirement for amc clinical exam before it used to be 10- out of 14 stations now its 9 out of 14 stations to pass this change in criteria is seen from, 21st march 2024
This criteria is not applicable to those who had appeared in exam before 21 march 2024.

Is there an amc exam center available in Pakistan?
There is no amc examination centers currently in Pakistan to conduct exam so those people who want to appear in exam would schedule exam in the above countries as feasible
Is there any chances for amc centers to come to Pakistan?
Yes as announced by Australian medical council, AMC is in negotiation with pearson vue to arrange exam centers in Pakistan here is a reference from official website.
